Why Choose Guatemala?

Guatemala has eight distinct coffee growing regions each producing a different cup profile due to the elevation of the farm, the climatic conditions and soil quality found at each location. Those factors combined with the coffee variety planted and the beneficio process utilized provide us with a wide variety of exotic flavors to be enjoyed.

67% of Guatemalan coffees are Strictly Hard bean and 95% are Arabica - our focus is quality!

What you'll do...

You’ll have the chance to spend time on a producing coffee farm, picking ripe cherries, learning about the different processing methods and see coffee cherry be de-pulped, classified, fermented, washed and dried. The overall quality of a coffee is often determined during these stages of production.

We’ll visit Paradigma run by World Barista Champion Raul Rodas (2012) and Café Divino, home of World Taster Champion Hector Gonzalez (2010) to try some of the amazing coffees that they serve.
